The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market (NSSMC) approved a set of rulemaking, registration and supervisory decisions, including a roadmap and analysis for implementing European Union capital markets legislation in the context of Ukraine’s EU accession. The package also covered draft amendments to Cabinet of Ministers acts and the NSSMC’s certificates on two draft laws, alongside decisions affecting securities issuances, key function holders at market participants and a planned acquisition of significant participation. On the rulemaking side, the NSSMC approved draft Cabinet of Ministers amendments to Resolution No. 376 of 23 April 2001 and to Resolution No. 987 of 27 August 2024, and approved its certificates on draft laws covering sustainable development reporting under the Law on Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine (reg. No. 13598-1) and amendments on the restoration of state sovereignty (reg. No. 13697). It also amended its Decisions No. 405 and No. 406 of 5 April 2024. On registrations, it registered the results report for MONEYVEO AMBULANCE LLC’s registered corporate bond issue (series C), cancelled the registration of the Kyiv City Council internal local loan bond issue (series N), registered collective investment share issues and prospectuses for JSC ZNVCIF VAM INVEST GROUP, JSC ZNVCIF ABRIS FINANCE and JSC ZNVCIF SARGAS, and agreed draft charters and initial authorised capital share issue registrations for JSC ZNVCIF INVENTIV, JSC ZNVCIF SARASWATI, JSC ZNVCIF RANGAN and JSC ZNVCIF KALIATHEA. The NSSMC approved appointments including the director and financial monitoring officer of NOVAVEST LLC, the chief accountant of INVINTUM LLC, the financial monitoring officer of Ukrainian Clearing House LLC, the director of SI CAPITAL PJSC, the acting director of AMC PRESTIGE CAPITAL LLC, and the person entitled to the first signature at AMC UNIVER MANAGEMENT LLC. Within supervision, it adopted a resolution stating there were no grounds to issue an NSSMC approval resolution for the person appointed as director of AMC DOBROBUD-INVEST LLC and agreed the intention to acquire a significant participation in AMC GIZ CAPITAL LLC.
