The session brought together faculty members, PCMA’s Insurance Supervisor Amjad Qabha, postgraduate law students, and attorney Mohammad Salem Saqf Al-Heit. Contributions covered legal drafting observations, key issues addressed by the draft, and calls to align the insurance law’s provisions with market requirements and principles of justice, alongside a balanced assessment of strengths and weaknesses and proposals to add further topics to improve comprehensiveness.
