Payment can be made by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission’s accounts at VietinBank (Ha Thanh branch) or Vietcombank (Hoang Mai branch), or paid directly at the State Securities Commission, with a payment reference identifying the certificate holder and their identity document number. If the individual does not complete the process to receive the reissued certificate within one year from the date of the fee notice, the State Securities Commission will issue a decision to cancel the reissued certificate.
