The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee required to complete the procedure for issuance of a securities practice certificate. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, as set out in Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applicable at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer or directly at the Commission, and if the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been granted.

Vietnam State Securities Commission sets VND 1 million fee payment process for securities practice certificates
