Mexico's National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services (CONDUSEF) announced the launch of the 12th cohort of its Insurance Diploma, a free, fully online programme with formal academic recognition aimed at helping the public understand and choose insurance as part of personal financial protection. Registration is open from 16 May to 9 June 2025. The 120-hour course is structured into four modules covering risks and insurance, rules and regulation, types of insurance and how they work, and financial protection strategies. Participants receive downloadable materials and complete reinforcement activities and assessments, and those who finish all modules with a minimum grade of 7 receive an officially valid diploma.
