The Bank of Zambia, acting as liquidator of Investrust Bank Plc in liquidation, has issued a customer notice setting out how creditors, safe custody services customers and bailors can obtain customer statements and submit claims in the liquidation process. Customer statements will be available for collection in Lusaka from 15 January 2025 to 15 March 2025 at Ody’s Park, Plot No. 19028, Great East Road. For customers outside Lusaka, statement viewing is scheduled between 3 and 7 February 2025 across branches and Bank of Zambia premises in Kabwe, Ndola, Kitwe, Solwezi, Chililabombwe, Lumwana, Choma, Livingstone and Chipata. Claims against the bank must be filed at the Lusaka address by 14 May 2025, and any property held for safe custody must be withdrawn by the same date; unclaimed funds and property will be treated as unclaimed under the Banking and Financial Services Act.
