The National Bank of Moldova has published a regulation establishing how it will supervise non-bank payment service providers, in force from 30 July 2025. The regulation was approved by the Executive Committee of the National Bank of Moldova under Decision No. 162 of 17 July 2025 and published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova (No. 405–408, Article 616).
