The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) confirmed that United Global Capital Pty Ltd’s (UGC) membership of the AFCA external dispute resolution scheme expired at 5pm AEST on 31 May 2025, following an earlier AFCA Board decision to expel the firm. As a result, AFCA will no longer accept new complaints about UGC, as it can only consider complaints about current scheme members. Complaints submitted before 5pm AEST on 31 May 2025 are not affected and will continue to be assessed under AFCA’s usual processes.

AFCA will not accept new complaints about UGC, but complaints submitted before the deadline will still be processed.
