The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the statutory fee to complete the process for reissuance of securities practice certificates. The reissuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC and may be paid by bank transfer or directly to the Commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the reissued certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that was granted.
