Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) issued a market alert and ordered the immediate suspension of public offerings of securities intermediation services associated with the Onil or OnilX group and related entities, warning that they are not authorised to operate in Brazil. The CVM’s Market Relations and Intermediaries Superintendence identified indications that, via the website https://onilx.com.br/ and approaches by representatives, the group sought to attract clients resident in Brazil to conduct securities transactions. The alert states that Onil/OnilX and the linked companies lack CVM authorisation to intermediate securities, act as investment advisers, or raise investor funds for investment in securities, including 3Specht CCV Ltda., 3specht CTB Ltda., Aureum Investimentos Ltda., DLL Capital Ltda., Onil Business Ltda., Onil Exchange Internacional S/A., DRD Business Ltda., DRD Business 4 Ltda., MGA Capital Ltda., Nexseed Investimentos Ltda., P7 Capital Ltda., Port for Business Praia Grande Consultoria e Investimentos Ltda. and D1 Tecnologia e Negócios Ltda. The determination was issued through Declaratory Act CVM 24,680.
