Slovenia Securities Market Agency adopts general acts on AIFM capital and notifications of transferred management services
The Slovenia Securities Market Agency's Council adopted two general acts under the Act on Managers of Alternative Investment Funds. These acts establish capital requirements for alternative investment fund managers and mandate notification to the agency when a management service is transferred.
