The Cyprus Committee for Financial Literacy and Education, chaired by the governor of the Central Bank of Cyprus, has launched moneypedia.cy as the country’s national digital portal for financial education. Available in Greek and English, the platform provides accessible, evidence-based information and practical tools to support financial decisions across different ages and stages of life. The portal covers budgeting, saving, borrowing, investing, insurance and pensions through explanatory content, calculators, videos and practical guides. Developed as part of Cyprus’ National Strategy for Financial Literacy and Financial Education, it was funded by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support in cooperation with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. The platform will be expanded continuously with new content, tools and educational materials.
