Discussions with Clearstream Banking SA focused on establishing a relationship through opening accounts to facilitate the central bank’s reserve management operations, including the handling of financial instruments and collateral. Separately, talks with PayPal’s International Government Relations lead, Claire Alexandre, explored cooperation that could enable PayPal services for Kosovo’s citizens and businesses, with both sides agreeing to continue work on a potential partnership to support access to international payments.
