The Central Bank of Russia will issue three Golden Antelope commemorative coins on Sept. 22 as part of its Russian Soviet Animation series. The release comprises a 3-ruble silver coin, a 25-ruble nickel-plated steel coin and a 25-ruble cupronickel coin with a colored coating. The proof-quality silver coin contains 31.1 grams of fine metal and has a mintage of 7,000. The nickel-plated steel and colored cupronickel coins have mintages of 850,000 and 150,000, respectively. All three coins are legal tender in Russia and must be accepted without restriction at face value.
