The Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) has opened applications for the thirteenth round of the Kuwaiti Graduates Development Program (KGDP), a Kafa’a initiative programme run with Kuwaiti banks and managed by the Institute of Banking Studies (KIBS) to prepare new graduates for careers in the banking sector. Applications will be accepted from 5 October 2025 to 23 October 2025. The programme provides around five months of combined theoretical and on-the-job training at Kuwaiti banks, with the aim of building practical skills and professional experience and supplying the sector with qualified Kuwaiti talent. It is geared toward Kuwaiti fresh graduates, particularly those specialising in finance and economics, with selection based on equal opportunity and the stated needs of the banking and finance sector. KIBS will receive applications for this intake during the stated window.
