Luxembourg’s Government in Council decided to propose to His Royal Highness the Grand Duke the appointment of Ms Pascale Toussing as Director of the Commission for the Supervision of the Financial Sector (CSSF). The proposed appointee has served as Adviser to the Minister of Finance since 2024, previously led the Inland Revenue from 2017 to 2023, and held strategic roles within the Ministry of Finance. The government also noted her experience across public bodies including the Commissariat aux Assurances, the Economic and Social Council, and various boards of directors, as well as her economics degree from the Université catholique de Louvain.
