(Netherlands) in PERFETTI VAN MELLE PHILS, INC. have been reported lost. The documents should not be honored if found and presented to support the purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings. The notice covers three BSP registration documents and the shares registered: CB-FEOID (FI) 88-00363 (210,000 shares, registered 12-Oct-1988), CB-FEOID (FI) 89-00005 (984,000 shares, registered 09-Jan-1989), and CB-FEOID (FI) 89-00131 (1,222,000 shares, registered 06-Jun-1989), for a total of 2,416,000 shares. Replacement of the lost documents has been applied for, and the instruction is issued pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.

The lost documents cover a total of 2,416,000 shares registered between 1988 and 1989.
