The Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) approved Tsvetelina Dimitrova as a person authorised to independently conclude transactions at the expense of Karoll Capital Management EAD and granted Invest Fund Management AD a permit to organise and manage the national open-ended mutual fund Invest Focus, which was entered into the register of national investment funds. The FSC also wrote off two bond issues from the Register of Public Companies and Other Issuers of Securities, including removing Web Finance Holding AD as an issuer. The deregistered TBI Bank EAD bond issue totalled EUR 20,000,000 across 200 registered, dematerialised, non-convertible, unsecured bonds with a nominal value of EUR 100,000 each (ISIN BG2100021240) and was structured to meet eligible liabilities requirements under Chapter XIII, Section II of the Law on Recovery and Resolution of Credit Institutions and Investment Intermediaries. The written-off Web Finance Holding AD bond issue totalled EUR 10,000,000 across 10,000 dematerialised, registered, unsecured, convertible bonds with a nominal value of EUR 1,000 each (ISIN BG2100023121).
