The Brazil Securities Commission has opened registration for the 28th edition of its Programa TOP teacher training course, which will be delivered fully online in 2026 from July 20 to 28. The free program is open to teachers at secondary, technical and higher education institutions who teach, or have taught in the past two years, subjects related to capital markets and financial education, and there is no cap on places. Registration runs from June 22 to July 6 through the Investor Portal. The course is split into two modules covering capital markets from July 20 to 24 and personal financial planning from July 27 to 28. Participants with full attendance will receive a certificate issued by the Brazil Securities Commission and B3 in the name of the Education Advisory Committee, although the certificate confirms participation only and does not amount to professional certification or authorization to conduct a regulated activity. After completing the course, participating teachers must deliver a class, lecture or webinar for students at their institution or community during at least one financial education event, namely Global Money Week, Semana ENEF or World Investor Week, between October 2026 and May 2027.
