The Bank of Italy and the Companies and Stock Exchange Commission (CONSOB) have updated the supervisory guidelines for Simple Investment Companies (Società di investimento semplice, SIS) to reflect a higher maximum net asset threshold and recent changes to the Collective Asset Management Regulation. The revised guidance incorporates the increase in the SIS maximum net assets limit from EUR 25 million to EUR 50 million and aligns with the sixth amendment to the Collective Asset Management Regulation, adopted by a measure of 23 March 2026 and published in the Official Gazette dated 7 April.
