The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approved six candidates for board and risk management roles at four banks on Sept. 29, 2026. The approvals cover Gulzina Isakova as chair and Riina Amalia Aab as a member of Asman Bank’s board of directors, and Fisnik Kepuski as chair and David Ray Paulson as a member of FINCA Bank’s board. The central bank also approved Nurlan Tokobaev as chair of Optima Bank’s risk management committee and Hoang Vu Man as a member of Companion Bank’s board of directors.

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approved six candidates for senior roles at Asman Bank, FINCA Bank, Optima Bank and Companion Bank. The positions include two board chairs, three board members and the chair of a risk management committee.
