The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority has introduced a new Prudential Information Survey (ADR-046-75-02) that all Registered Persons must submit for the 2025 calendar year via the Regulatory Enhanced Electronic Forms Submission (REEFS) portal. The survey covers the reporting period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 and will be open for completion from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026. Issued under section 6(b)(i) of the Monetary Authority Act (2020 Revision), the data collection is intended to support supervisory assessments of sector activities, exposures and related risk areas, with additional completion guidance provided in a dedicated survey guide. Submission of the Prudential Information Survey does not replace the Annual Declaration (ADR-046-75), which remains required for the same reporting period and will be available on REEFS from 1 January 2026 to 15 January 2026. The Authority emphasised timely completion and accuracy for both returns.
