The Central Bank of Russia published the April 2026 results of its monitoring of the maximum interest rates on Russian ruble deposits at the 10 credit institutions attracting the largest amount of household deposits. The monitored rate declined through the month, from 13.43% in the first 10 days of April to 13.39% in the second 10-day period and 13.06% in the third. The Bank of Russia said data on changes in the monitoring results are available on its website. The release also provides reference data on average maximum interest rates on deposits by maturity.
