The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that KENDRIS CAPITAL LIMITED, the external manager of TPP RAIF V.C.I.C. LIMITED, has notified it of the initiation of a procedure for the dissolution and liquidation of the fund, which is registered as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF). The RAIF (registration number RAIF148) will remain registered in the RAIFs Registry and continue to appear on CySEC’s website with a notice stating “under liquidation” until the dissolution and liquidation are completed. CySEC will delete the RAIF from the RAIFs Register once completion is confirmed and all necessary documents have been submitted to CySEC.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that KENDRIS CAPITAL LIMITED has initiated the dissolution and liquidation of TPP RAIF V.C.I.C. LIMITED, a Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF). The RAIF will remain listed in the RAIFs Registry as "under liquidation" until the process is finalized and all required documents are submitted. CySEC will remove the RAIF from the registry upon completion.
