The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued leadership and governance appointments at Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank), including transferring and appointing To Huy Vu as Chair of the Members’ Council effective 3 April 2025. At the same event, SBV Governor Nguyen Thi Hong presented a Government Party Committee decision designating Vu as Agribank Party Committee Secretary for the 2020–2025 term. The SBV also transferred and appointed Thai Thi An Hoa, Deputy Director General of the SBV’s Forecasting, Statistics – Monetary and Financial Stability department, and Le Manh Thang, Head of the Supervisory Board of GPBank, as members of Agribank’s Supervisory Board, with effect from 3 April 2025. In remarks on taking up the role, Vu said his priorities include delivering Agribank’s key 2025 business targets, implementing the 2021–2025 restructuring plan linked to non-performing loan handling, and preparing for Agribank’s 11th Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term.
