The Central Bank of the Bahamas published secondary market prices for Bahamas Registered Stock held in its portfolio, setting out bid and ask prices, coupon rates and yields for fixed-rate and floating-rate government securities. The list covers maturities from July 2026 to October 2054. The release shows the prices at which the Central Bank will buy securities at the bid price and sell them at the ask price. Short-dated fixed-rate bonds maturing in 2026 were quoted at yields of 3.51%, while longer-dated fixed-rate bonds extended to yields of 6.55% for 2054 maturities. Floating-rate securities across the curve were generally quoted in a range of about 4.29% to 4.87%. The Central Bank also noted that floating-rate securities reset every six months on the coupon date at the prevailing six-month market rate and that quoted prices exclude accrued interest.
