Under Exempt Resolution No. 11,492, the CMF imposed fines of UF 190 on Club Deportivo Barnechea S.A.D.P., Deportes Melipilla S.A.D.P. and Deportes Magallanes S.A.D.P.; fines of UF 90 on Lilas S.A.D.P. and Limachinos S.A.D.P.; and a fine of UF 130 on Club Deportivo San Marcos de Arica S.A.D.P., while Club Deportes Provincial Ovalle S.A.D.P. received a censure. The resolution reiterates that ongoing reporting is intended to keep both the CMF and the public updated on these entities’ financial situation. The CMF also noted that it had informed the National Sports Institute on May 30, 2025 about the late submission of ongoing financial information for the purposes it deems appropriate under its attributions.
