The Belgium Financial Services and Markets Authority has announced that the FSMA Portal will be available from 10 July 2026 as the single point of access for entities under its supervision to transmit information securely to the regulator. In its initial version, the platform will include a module for submitting corporate and financial documents, replacing the external eCorporate application. The portal uses a single secure login and will display each user's dossiers and permitted actions based on that user's profile and access rights. As part of the migration, eCorporate will be unavailable on Thursday 9 July. Document uploads needed on that date should be handled through the entity's usual FSMA contacts.

The Belgium Financial Services and Markets Authority will make its new FSMA Portal available from 10 July 2026 as the single secure channel for supervised entities to send information to the regulator. The first release replaces eCorporate for submitting corporate and financial documents. eCorporate will be unavailable on 9 July during the transition.
