The Vietnam State Securities Commission (SSC) issued Notice No. 178/TB-UBCK requesting individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for the issuance of securities practice certificates as part of completing the certification procedure. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under Ministry of Finance Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BTC and may be paid by bank transfer to the SSC or in person at the SSC. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the SSC’s fee-payment notice, the SSC will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been issued.

Vietnam State Securities Commission requires VND 1 million fee payment and one-year collection deadline for securities practice certificates
