The Vietnam State Securities Commission’s Information Technology Department published the results of an open domestic e-procurement tender to purchase replacement servers for the securities trading surveillance system, with no contractor selected. The package was budgeted at VND 8,267,000,000 under a lump-sum contract with a 240-day implementation period from the date the contract takes effect. Five bidders were not selected: Tien Phong Limited Liability Company, CDA Information Systems and Digital Transformation Limited Liability Company, and TSG Trading and Services Limited Liability Company did not meet capacity and experience requirements in the electronic bidding documents (E-HSMT), while FPT International Telecom Single Member Limited Liability Company and Technical Application and Manufacturing Single Member Limited Liability Company did not meet technical requirements.
