The Kuwait Capital Markets Authority issued a decision amending certain provisions of Book Ten on Disclosure and Transparency in the executive regulations of Law No. 7 of 2010 on establishing the authority and regulating securities activities, following approval by its Board of Commissioners at Meeting No. 28 of 2026, with the changes effective from the date of issuance and to be published in the Official Gazette.
