The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the statutory fee for issuance of securities practising certificates in order to complete the licensing process. The issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. Payment can be made either by bank transfer to the Vietnam State Securities Commission or in person at the regulator’s offices. If the certificate holder does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year of the fee payment notice, the Vietnam State Securities Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that was granted.

Vietnam State Securities Commission instructs individuals to pay VND 1 million fee to receive securities practising certificates
The Vietnam State Securities Commission has mandated individuals listed in an attached notice to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for securities practising certificates as per the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. Payment can be made via bank transfer or in person. Failure to collect the certificate within one year of the fee notice will result in cancellation.
