The Islamic Development Bank Group will launch its 2026–2030 Member Country Partnership Strategy for Indonesia during Chairman Muhammad Al Jasser’s official visit from Oct. 7 to 10. The strategy, the fourth between the parties since 2011, has an indicative financing envelope of about USD 2.56 billion and will guide cooperation on infrastructure, industrial development and human capital. Priority areas include connectivity, resilience, health, education and skills development. Meetings with Finance Minister and Islamic Development Bank Governor Suahasil Nazara and other officials will also cover existing projects and potential operations in health, strategic connectivity and food resilience, alongside opportunities in Islamic finance, trade finance, private sector development and knowledge exchange. The group’s cumulative approvals in Indonesia total about USD 7.2 billion across roughly 350 operations.
