The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applied under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector collected by the commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the commission or paid directly at the Vietnam State Securities Commission. If an individual does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the date of the fee payment notice, the commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued securities practice certificate.
