The Dominican Republic's Pensions Superintendency (SIPEN) provided pension system guidance at the 11th International Congress on Occupational Risk Prevention and Management in Santiago de los Caballeros. Over two days, its User Service Center specialists answered questions from workers, employers and other social security stakeholders, including queries about individuals’ pension positions. The congress, organized by the Association of Merchants and Industrialists and the Dominican Institute for Occupational Risk Prevention and Protection, brought together public authorities, businesses and social security bodies. Discussions covered occupational safety and health issues including preventive innovation, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, mental health, fatigue and road safety at work.
