Kuwait Capital Markets Authority has issued Al-Tijari Financial Brokerage Company a licence to conduct securities activity as a qualified securities broker registered with the Securities Exchange, effective 23 November 2025. The authorisation was issued under Resolution No. (115) of 2025 following the company’s application under Law No. (7) of 2010 and its Executive Bylaws and amendments. The change is implemented by amending the company’s existing licence to cancel the activity of a securities broker registered in the stock exchange and add the activity of a qualified securities broker registered with the stock exchange.

The Kuwait Capital Markets Authority has granted Al-Tijari Financial Brokerage Company a licence to operate as a qualified securities broker registered with the Securities Exchange, effective 23 November 2025. This authorization, under Resolution No. (115) of 2025, amends the company's existing licence to include the new activity.
