The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that MFO Asset Management Ltd, the external manager of MFO II RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC (Registered Alternative Investment Fund RAIF123), has initiated a procedure to dissolve and liquidate the RAIF’s THOLOS EQUITY investment compartment and has notified CySEC under Article 138(7)(a) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law 2018. Until the dissolution and liquidation is completed, the compartment will remain registered in the RAIFs Registry and will continue to appear on CySEC’s website with a notice stating “under liquidation”. CySEC will delete the compartment from the RAIFs Register once the process is completed and all necessary documents are submitted, in line with Article 138(9).

MFO Asset Management Ltd has begun the dissolution and liquidation of the THOLOS EQUITY investment compartment of MFO II RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC, notifying the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under Article 138(7)(a) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law 2018. The compartment will remain registered and marked "under liquidation" on CySEC’s website until the process is finalized and all required documents are submitted.
