Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approves draft amendments to AML risk criteria and makes multiple securities registration and asset-blocking decisions

The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved a Ministry of Finance draft order to amend risk criteria related to money laundering, terrorist financing and the financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and issued a set of supervisory and licensing decisions covering asset blocking and securities issuance activity. Supervisory action included changes to the list of assets subject to a sanction of asset blocking, including funds belonging to clients and depositors of Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC. On registration and licensing, the Commission approved draft charters and registered share issues for JSC ZNVCIF PAP-INVEST and JSC ZNVCIF DIMIDIUM to form initial authorised capital, registered the prospectus and issue of investment certificates for the unit closed-end non-diversified venture investment fund SK-INVEST of AMC PRESTIGE CAPITAL LLC, cancelled investment certificate issuance registrations and related prospectuses and registration certificates for LOGISTIC CAPITAL (AMC ATLANTIS CAPITAL LLC), UKRAINIAN REAL ESTATE FUND (AMC ATLANTIS CAPITAL LLC) and East-West Invest (PJSC AMC Karpaty-Invest), registered issues of series A, B and C registered corporate bonds by MIBIBON LLC without a public offering, and registered a share issue by Motor Sich JSC without a public offering.
