The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that Kasselos Limited expressly resigned from its licence to provide administrative services with effect from 27 June 2024. As a result, the company’s licence (No. 218/196) ceased to be valid from that date and it no longer provides administrative services. Based on Article 16(2) of the Regulation of Administrative Service Providers and Related Matters Law of 2012, the Commission has deleted Kasselos Limited’s name from the Register of Licensed Persons.

Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission removes Kasselos Limited from the register after it resigned its administrative services licence
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that Kasselos Limited has resigned its licence to provide administrative services, effective 27 June 2024, and no longer offers such services. Pursuant to Article 16(2) of the Regulation of Administrative Service Providers and Related Matters Law of 2012, the firm has been removed from the Register of Licensed Persons.
