The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has launched a public consultation on draft rules that would set the content and method for issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market in Montenegro to submit information related to corporate governance and the application of the Corporate Governance Code. The draft rules were prepared under Article 26(1)(8) in connection with Article 30 of the Capital Market Law and were considered and approved by the Authority at its 166th session held on 13 January 2026. Interested parties are invited to submit comments, proposals and suggestions electronically.
