The Vietnam State Securities Commission has launched an upgraded foreign investor management database system, FIMS, to support electronic submission of reports and information disclosures on foreign investors’ activity in Vietnam’s securities market. The previous version of the system will be suspended for migration from 17:30 on 7 February 2025 through 9 February 2025, with the upgraded FIMS available for use from 10 February 2025. The Commission has also published rules guiding electronic reporting and disclosure of foreign investor activity under Decision 74/QD-UBCK, available on its website in the IT application support section.

The Vietnam State Securities Commission has launched an upgraded foreign investor management database system, FIMS, to facilitate electronic reporting and disclosures in the securities market. The previous system will be suspended for migration from 7 to 9 February 2025, with FIMS operational from 10 February 2025. New rules for electronic reporting under Decision 74/QD-UBCK are available on the Commission's website.
