The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority announced that VP Bank Ltd has waived its registration as a TT Depositary under the TVTG with effect from 31 December 2025, resulting in the registration lapsing. As a consequence, VP Bank is no longer authorised to provide TT services that are subject to registration. The notice references Article 12(1) TVTG in conjunction with Article 2(1)(n) TVTG and states that the registration lapsed under Article 20(1)(a) TVTG.

Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority confirms VP Bank has waived its TT Depositary registration and can no longer provide registered TT services
The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority announced that VP Bank Ltd has waived its registration as a TT Depositary under the Token and Trusted Technology Service Provider Act (TVTG), effective 31 December 2025. Consequently, VP Bank is no longer authorized to provide TT services requiring registration. The registration lapsed under Article 20(1)(a) TVTG.
