The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco has named five new members to its Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council (CDIAC), effective 1 January 2026, and designated a new chair for 2026. New CDIAC members are Michael Huston (Northrim Bank), Mike Morrison (The Bank of Commerce), Sheryl Nilson (Pacific Crest Savings Bank), Edythe Repoff (New Omni Bank, N.A.), and Ann Teranishi (American Savings Bank). Spencer White (Utah Independent Bank) has been designated as CDIAC chair for 2026. Established in 2010 by the Board of Governors, the CDIAC represents banks, thrift institutions, and credit unions within the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Twelfth District and provides input to senior leadership on economic and banking conditions, regulatory policies, payment issues, and other matters relevant to community depository institutions.
