The World Federation of Exchanges has launched its eighth annual Ring the Bell for Financial Literacy campaign, bringing together 57 exchange groups to promote investor education and protection. Bell ringing ceremonies, workshops and other events will take place throughout October as investors face new routes to market access and risks including scams and digital deception. The campaign supports World Investor Week, whose 2026 program runs from Oct. 5-11 and focuses on investor resilience, digital deception and scam awareness. The federation has also published a special edition of its Focus magazine featuring financial literacy initiatives from exchanges worldwide.
