The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practicing certificate to complete the licensing process. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applicable at the Commission. Payment can be made either by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts held at Vietinbank or Vietcombank, or paid directly at the Commission. The transfer reference is required to include the recipient’s name, identification number and the type of securities practicing certificate being issued. The notice also states that if the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the date of the fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued certificate.
