The National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan has re-registered and issued a banking operations licence to the limited liability company microcredit deposit organisation “Doro Moliya” following the entity’s name change from “Doro Pay”, and has withdrawn the previous licence issued under the former name. The withdrawn licence had authorised “Doro Pay” to conduct banking operations in national currency and foreign currency and had been granted by a decision of the National Bank’s Board dated 5 June 2025 (No. 75). The licensing action was taken under Tajikistan’s laws on the National Bank, microfinance organisations and the licensing system.
