The Saudi Arabia Capital Markets Authority announced that Jawan Capital Company has completed the commencement-of-business requirements to conduct the Managing Investments activity in the securities business under its CMA licence. The authorisation was granted under a CMA resolution dated 02/05/1446H (04/11/2024G) in accordance with the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations.
