The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has updated its banking sector guidance on financial inclusion, setting out high-level direction on supporting access to financial services for vulnerable, low income or displaced people while managing anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) risks. The revised guidance was developed in collaboration with the Isle of Man banking sector and includes examples of alternative solutions intended to help firms address potential AML/CFT challenges. The updated banking sector guidance is available on the Authority’s AML/CFT webpages.
