Sarantopoulos S.A. received a EUR 5,000 fine for failing to comply with International Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards in its 2023 annual financial statements, while Epilektos Klostoifantourgia S.A. was fined EUR 2,000 for the same type of breach in statements covering July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024.
