The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority reported that the Helsinki Administrative Court has overturned the EUR 1 million combined penalty it imposed on Alexandria Group Plc in June 2025. The court accepted the company’s appeal, but its decision is not yet legally binding. The penalty concerned failures to obtain all legally required customer information before making investment recommendations, record information collected during investment advice and maintain an adequate internal control system. The authority may appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court within 30 days after service of the decision, subject to the court granting leave to appeal.
